Our promise
Every piece is made by hand with love. We want you to be happy with your order — if something isn't right, please reach out and we'll make it right.
Eligible returns
- Item arrived damaged or defective.
- Wrong item or wrong variant shipped.
Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos at hello@littleloop.studio or on WhatsApp.
Non-returnable items
- Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable as they're crafted just for you.
- Hair accessories and jewellery for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items are final sale unless damaged on arrival.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For damaged items, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps.
- Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through shipping.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once production has started, cancellation isn't possible since the piece is being made by hand.
